1. Scope of Services

BizzyBee Bookkeeping LLC offers remote and on-site professional bookkeeping services, including but not limited to:

• Onboarding, File Review & Setup
• File Review & Clean-Up
• Monthly Bookkeeping & Account Reconciliation
• Financial Reporting & Budgeting Support
• CPA Coordination & Tax Preparation Support
• Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Management

Specific deliverables, billing schedules, and timelines for client engagements will be defined in a separate written Service Agreement or Engagement Letter between BizzyBee Bookkeeping LLC and the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, clients agree to:

1. Provide accurate, complete, and timely financial records, bank statements, invoices, and receipts.
2. Maintain legal ownership and authorization for all bank accounts and financial files shared with us.
3. Review financial reports provided by BizzyBee Bookkeeping LLC and notify us promptly of any discrepancies or questions.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

Service fees are charged as agreed upon in your individual engagement agreement (monthly retainer or hourly project rate). Invoices are due upon receipt unless alternative terms are specified in writing. We reserve the right to pause ongoing bookkeeping services if account balances remain unpaid beyond agreed terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we exercise the utmost accuracy and professional diligence in balancing your books, financial records are prepared based on the information provided by the client. BizzyBee Bookkeeping LLC is not liable for tax penalties, fees, or auditing discrepancies resulting from incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate data furnished by the client or third parties.

5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All client financial data, business records, and communications remain strictly confidential. All branding materials, website code, visual logos, and content published on bizzybeebookkeeping.net are the intellectual property of BizzyBee Bookkeeping LLC and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Software & Integrations

We utilize industry-standard cloud accounting software (such as QuickBooks) and secure communication channels. BizzyBee Bookkeeping LLC is not responsible for service outages, data breaches, or software errors originating from independent third-party software platforms.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate bookkeeping services by providing written notice as outlined in your signed Service Agreement. Upon termination and settlement of outstanding invoices, all client documents and financial records will be returned or made available for export.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
